Founders

Rowland and Simon have worked together for more than twenty‑five years, a long‑standing partnership that brings architectural depth and commercial execution into a single, coherent leadership model.

Rowland Park
CEO & Co-Founder

Rowland is a seasoned entrepreneur with more than thirty years of experience building companies at the intersection of financial research, information quality, and decision‑support technology. He has founded and scaled multiple businesses – including IDEA Global and 4CAST – that equipped financial institutions with advanced intelligence on macroeconomics, policy, and global markets.

This background gives him a deep, practical understanding of how financial professionals access, interpret, and act on information, and the systemic challenges that fragment accuracy, context, and trust across the research ecosystem.

As Co‑Founder and CEO of Limeglass, Rowland leads the commercial realisation of the company’s information‑infrastructure vision. His expertise in FICC markets, workflow design, and product strategy underpins Limeglass’s mission: delivering deterministic, explainable, and context‑rich information retrieval that enables banks and investment teams to uncover the exact insights they need with precision and confidence.

Simon Gregory
CTO & Co-Founder

Simon is the architect of Limeglass’s trustworthy financial AI infrastructure, designing deterministic, explainable, and audit‑ready information systems for regulated financial environments. His work draws on two decades of experience building production‑grade financial market software, combined with deep expertise in information theory, semantic modelling, and high‑performance systems engineering.

He is the author of the Six Pillars of Trustworthy Financial AI, a framework for designing AI systems that meet the accuracy, transparency, and governance standards required in financial institutions. This conceptual architecture underpins Limeglass’s approach to semantic retrieval and real‑time information processing.

Simon holds a degree in Physics from the University of Warwick and has spent his career developing systems that extract signal from noise at scale, enabling financial professionals to rely on information that is precise, explainable, and operationally robust. His information‑first principle shapes Limeglass’s technical foundation, ensuring that every system layer is designed to deliver trustworthy, context‑rich information retrieval for mission‑critical financial analysis.
